Frederick and his family have decades of experience in providing fine dining all around the world. Today, Frederick operates his legendary restaurant in Alamo Heights called Frederick's and now Frederick's Bistro in Northwest San Antonio as well.
Frederick's was named #4 in San Antonio for good restaurants on a business trip (USA Today).
